Weekly 30 minute consultations for 6 months after the Initial Complete Nutritional Assessment. Results are excellent with this plan as it ensures your commitment, accountability and regular support from Barbara. The 6 month package gives you the opportunity to instil excellent lifestyle habits for long term success. Can be paid- up front or over the first 2 appointments. Well worth considering!

The VIP 3 and 6-month VIP Programs are the best options for weight loss, whether for improving overall health or for the treatment of underlying health problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, mobility problems, etc.

Couples Discount

Couples can attend the VIP programs together. Each will have their own personalised Complete Nutritional Assessment, own diet and lifestyle plans for their health goals and can share the Follow Up consultations. A discount of 20 percent is offered for each.

  2. Follow-up Consultations (half an hour) - $75

Health Insurance

Many health insurance companies include dietitians’ consultancy fees in their schedules for reimbursement. This will depend on the type of your policy. A referral letter from a specialist or your GP may be required. Please check this and inform Barbara if a receipt is required.
